Hello, I'm
Rayan Larbi
I figure things out — and get them done.
Give me a messy problem and a team — that's where I do my best work.
I'm a get-it-done person — give me a problem and a team, and I'll figure it out. On paper I'm a Business student at George Mason University (Management Information Systems and Operations & Supply Chain Management, graduating December 2026), but the classroom has always been the smallest part of the story. Back in COVID I spotted that people wanted to build crypto-mining rigs but didn't know how, so I figured out the logistics and the tech and made it happen — and I haven't stopped chasing problems since.
I launched my own Amazon wholesale business, Global Solutions LLC, running sourcing, pricing, and bookkeeping end-to-end while in school full-time. Today I run operations and modernization at Eurostaging / Masterpiece Staging & Design. I started as an intern, made myself useful, and became the person who fixes how the business actually runs — replacing the six disconnected systems the company relied on with one platform I built, and standing up AI agents that quietly cover office work as longtime staff head toward retirement. It saves the company real time and real money.
Here's my edge: plenty of people can “vibe code” something that demos well for five minutes. What I do is turn it into software a real team depends on every day — because I understand the business first and the tech second. I take messy, manual work — legacy spreadsheets, scattered inventory, paper intake forms — and turn it into clean systems people actually use. I'm fluent in English and Arabic, conversational in French, and studied abroad at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in spring 2026.
I'm graduating this December and looking for a team where versatility and initiative are an asset — somewhere I can solve real problems, work with good people, and keep raising the bar. I don't need to be handed a playbook; I'm the person who writes one when it's missing.
I'm at my best around people. I'd rather solve a real problem alongside a team than admire one on my own.
What I Bring
Business and people first — with the technical range to build the fix myself when it's faster than waiting for one.
