Rayan Larbi

I'm a Business student at George Mason University, studying Management Information Systems (MIS) and Operations & Supply Chain Management, graduating December 2026. I'm a get-it-done person — I like a problem and I like solving it. Back in COVID I spotted one: people wanted to build crypto-mining rigs and earn crypto but didn't know how, so I figured it out logistically and technically and made it happen — and I haven't stopped since.

Along the way I launched my own Amazon wholesale business, Global Solutions LLC, running sourcing, pricing, and bookkeeping end-to-end while in school. Today I work at Eurostaging / Masterpiece Staging & Design. I started as an intern — learning the business, handling office tasks, and modernizing operations with the tools I'd picked up in school — then came on as an employee. In my free time I started teaching myself AI solutions, pitched what I could do to my boss, built it, and have kept making it better ever since: a custom mini enterprise software platform for Eurostaging that replaces the six separate systems the company runs on today, plus a fleet of AI agents that keep the business flowing and help cover roles as longtime staff head toward retirement.

I like taking messy, manual business processes — legacy spreadsheets, scattered inventory data, paper intake forms — and turning them into clean, automated software that real teams actually use. I'm fluent in English and Arabic, conversational in French, and studied abroad at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome for the spring semester of 2026.

I'm graduating this December and eager to bring a builder's mindset into a professional environment where I can learn from experienced teams. I've spent years figuring things out on my own and shipping software people actually rely on — now I want the structure, mentorship, and higher bar of a firm like that to sharpen those instincts and grow into the professional I'm working to become.

I'm a get-it-done person who's at my best around people — I'd rather solve a real problem alongside a team than admire one on my own.
